Make Entire Site Search Engine-Friendly

Before a site can rank competitively on a search engine, the engine must crawl the site to “index” the content of the pages. By adding links internal to the site that are search-engine friendly, we can greatly increase the chances of all the relevant pages being indexed. Most don’t realize the reason their site often doesn’t rank high is because it is not entirely in the search engine’s database.

Benchmarking

A thorough analysis of the site’s proposed information architecture is conducted and defined first. This includes creating a sitemap.xml and robots.txt as well as human-used site maps. All recommended updates can be deployed by client’s internal web resources or can be implemented by BijouMind Interactive.

All meta-data including title tags, descriptions, keywords and H1s are defined in the initial benchmark report.

Optimize Home Page

First priority is to optimize the home page of the microsite for best search engine rankings to position the overall site’s organic performance. Google, crowned the most popular search engine, looks primarily at a page’s content to determine search results. We will optimize the home page for whatever you determine is your three to five most important key phrase and ten lateral terms and conduct additional relevant keyword research.

Optimize Internal Pages

Reinforce the content of the microsite by adding keywords in important places such as the title tag, body text [copy], footer navigation, Meta keyword and Meta description tags on the 3 – 5 internal pages.

For example: Create the format of the title tag of a page to better reinforce existing content of the page by adding relevant key phrases.

BijouMind Interactive will also optimize all copy for keyword rankings as well as update more than 30% to prevent duplicative content and improve organic rankings as defined by each site’s keyword-rich domain name and keyword research across domains.

Statement of Work

In order to proactively improve organic rankings the site will be developed with an industry-standard CMS environment. This will allow for a centralized and managed location for content management, lead-gen as well as ranking organically.

Currently, the site is targeted to mostly men and women 25-65 years old. Therefore, the site will incorporate demographically- branded stock photography and high-resolution logos supplied by you. Additional imagery will be defined as required.

Monthly Site Maintenance

Monthly website maintenance insures that the site is up and running properly. Additional change requests such as new forms and additional functionality are made to the site by customer request. Requests outside of the Monthly Site Maintenance are billed hourly at the Professional Services Rate of $85/hr.
